Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Conduct property showings and open houses, providing detailed information and answering client inquiries.

Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients.

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and zoning laws to provide accurate and relevant advice.

Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including mortgage lenders, contractors, and other real estate professionals.

Prepare and submit necessary documentation, such as purchase agreements, deeds, and leases, in a timely and accurate manner.

Utilize marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising methods.
