Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent Partner, you will leverage PLACE's state-of-the-art lead generation systems, offer expert advice to buyers and sellers, manage negotiations, and enhance your operations using PLACE technology. Your responsibilities will also include attending weekly team meetings, participating in script practice sessions, and engaging in coaching to foster your professional development.

Location and Requirements

This position is based in Richardson, TX, and requires a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License. We are looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a competitive environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to providing outstanding client service. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of real estate sales experience, strong teamwork abilities, and exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Execute business-building activities a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

Texas Real Estate Salesperson Licensed Professional

  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
  • Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
  • Learning based
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • High school graduate

Compensation

$100,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
