Key Responsibilities

• Complete our thorough onboarding program.
• Utilize advanced lead generation systems to expand your client network.
• Assist buyers in securing signed agreements and finding properties that meet their criteria.
• Expertly negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers.
• Employ our proprietary technology to maintain organization and focus.
• Host a minimum of two open houses each month.
• Transform leads into appointments through consistent prospecting.
• Engage in weekly script practice and role-playing exercises.
• Participate in team activities, coaching sessions, and training.
• Advise sellers on pricing strategies, staging, and marketing to secure listings.

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license required.
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in prospecting, overcoming objections, and managing time effectively.

$40,000 - $70,000 USD Yearly
