An Arizona real estate license is required to join the team, but not to apply.
This is a 1099/commission-only position.
Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent 90 Day Launch training program with success
- Dedicate at least 20 hours weekly to lead generation efforts
- Conduct a minimum of 1-2 open houses per week
- Join our daily (Monday to Friday) team Power Up meetings
- Participate in team activities adhering to team standards
- Attend weekly individual coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
A valid Arizona Real Estate License is a requirement to join the team, but not to apply. If you do not have one, we will share with you the path to get you one!

- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
- Learning based
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
- High school graduate
- Be able to commit to a full time work schedule
- Arizona Real estate license
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
