• Guide Clients: Support buyers throughout the home buying journey, from the first meeting to the final closing.
• Market Expertise: Offer clients valuable insights into market trends and property valuations.
• Property Tours: Organize and lead property viewings that align with client preferences.
• Negotiation Skills: Skillfully negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
• Client Relationships: Develop and nurture strong client relationships to ensure a rewarding experience.

• Implement PLACE's established lead generation strategies
• Host open house events
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in team production initiatives
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and locate suitable properties
• Draft and negotiate purchase offers for your clients
• Monitor activities and manage client information using PLACE Technology

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
