• Support Clients: Guide buyers through every step of the home purchasing journey, from the first meeting to closing.
• Provide Market Insights: Offer clients expert knowledge on current market conditions and property values.
• Coordinate Property Showings: Organize and lead tours of homes that align with clients’ needs and preferences.
• Negotiate Effectively: Skillfully handle offers and contracts to achieve the best results for our clients.
• Foster Client Connections: Develop and nurture strong relationships to ensure a positive and rewarding experience.

• Implement PLACE's established lead generation strategies
• Host open house events
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in team production initiatives
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and locate suitable properties
• Draft and negotiate purchase offers for your clients
• Monitor activities and manage client information using PLACE Technology

$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
