This position involves traveling across the DFW area for property showings and inspections, while providing vital support to our leading agents to ensure successful closings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare offers, amendments, and other essential documents with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support agents in various tasks to ensure seamless transactions.
Compensation:
- Compensation is activity and time-based, paid upon the successful closing of client transactions.

Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE's established lead generation strategies
- Host open house events
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in team production initiatives
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
- Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and locate suitable properties
- Draft and negotiate purchase offers for your clients
- Monitor activities and manage client information using PLACE Technology
Qualifications

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
