Join The Beem Team as a committed Buyers Agent and become an integral part of our dynamic real estate group in Albany, USA. In the role of Buyers Agent, you will work hand-in-hand with homebuyers, guiding them through the exciting journey of finding their perfect home. Leverage your expertise in the local market to provide valuable insights and assistance, ensuring a seamless and fulfilling home-buying process. • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct two open houses monthly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

• Active real estate license in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a real estate agent or in a related field.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
