Responsibilities:

• Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process

• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
• Track record of successful real estate sales
• Licensed real estate professional
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
