Beyond Home Advisors is seeking a dedicated and energetic Buyers Agent to join our dynamic team in Greensboro. In this position, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes and investment properties. You will work closely with buyers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and guide them through every step of the home-buying process.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Prospecting & Lead Generation Checklists Weekly
  • Conduct two open houses weekly 
  • Convert leads and prospects to appointments
  • Participate in practice and trainings per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly coaching sessions, morning huddles, and our Weekly All-Partner Call
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
  • Track activities and clients utilizing our PLACE Technology & Playbooks

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License: Must hold an active real estate license in the state of North Carolina.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 examples where you won something or achieved something through perseverance and hard work.
  • Reliable - Must be a "Promise Keeper". We are looking for partners that do what they say they will do and who will represent themselves and our brand with the highest integrity.
  • Self-Starter - Many of the skills and tactics needed to succeed can be taught, and our Company has great training; however, if you are unable to show up and participate in the training provided, this job is not for you.
  • Problem Solver - Must have the ability to think critically, operate under stress, and be able to solve complex and simple problems for our clients.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Piedmont Triad real estate market and economic factors. You must be able to communicate the Value of Home Ownership as well as the Value of Investing in our Market. Training Provided.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. Training Provided.
  • Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using real estate CRM software, MLS systems, and other relevant technology.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Compensation

$40,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
