Your Opportunity

You have the opportunity to grow with us as a Buyers Agent. We carry around 10-15 listings monthly that you can hold open houses, work buyer leads we generate from the listings and have the opportunity to grow within our Team structure. You can also list homes, you are not limited!

We provide the real estate expertise, market validity, agent mentorship, Brivity Technology and Brivity Marketer that will empower your career success. Show up ready to lead generate, listen to your buyers needs and demonstrate patience as you identify the property that meets your clients’ financial and personal goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 4 open houses monthly
  • Contact incoming buyer leads and show homes
  • Participate in script practice and other team activities
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
  • Track activities and clients through Brivity

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$150,000 - $250,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.

**Requirements

- Must have active Indiana Real Estate License

- Must have current MLS membership

-Must have reliable vehicle and current driver's license

- Must be able to serve the Tampa metro and surrounding areas

- Team splits are 50/50
