Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in the home buying process by providing expert advice and guidance on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about each property to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with sellers and their agents to secure favorable terms for clients.
  • Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate markets and trends to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other technology tools to manage client information and track progress throughout the buying process.

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Real Estate License required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Compensation

$50,001 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
