Responsibilities

Enroll in our Agent Launch program – an intensive 86-day experience designed to equip you with everything needed for success as a Realtor in today's dynamic market. On average, new agents close (or pending) 3.4 transactions during this period, while seasoned agents achieve an impressive 9.3.

Immerse yourself in working with buyers, from finding their perfect home to crafting compelling offers and securing acceptances. Who wouldn't enjoy spending their day exploring houses? :) Become a perpetual student of the game as you master our proven buyer's presentation and offer system.

Offer detailed, written feedback to refine clients' search criteria, contributing to a client-centric experience. Our training plan focuses on excellent communication, celebrating every agent's success when their buyer's offer is accepted.

Sharpen your negotiation skills by writing and negotiating offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients – a valuable aspect of your Real Estate education. Lead generation, making appointments, and mastering conversion should be a part of your weekly routine (minimum of 10 hours). This team is the right fit if you're committed to showing up and putting in the hard work; we provide scripts and training to guide your daily activities.

Conduct three open houses monthly, with the flexibility to take a weekend off each month for a healthy work/life balance, supported by excellent training in this area. Active participation in team activities, including daily morning Power Ups, client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking, and social media, showcases our strong work ethic.

Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Trainings, and Partner Calls, treating this role as a career, not just a hobby. We assist you in creating a weekly calendar, ensuring clarity on expectations. Seamlessly track your tasks and activities using our advanced PLACE Technology data entry system. Join us on this journey where dedication and hard work lead to a fulfilling career in Real Estate!

Compensation

$50,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
