Responsibilities
- Implement PLACE strategies for weekly lead generation.
- Coordinate and conduct two open houses each month.
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Participate in team activities in accordance with team standards.
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Assist buyers in obtaining signed agreements and identifying suitable properties.
- Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients.
- Monitor activities and maintain client information using PLACE Technology.

Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
