We received 91 buyer's leads in the last 30 days and have had over 1,200 leads this year. We are a small real estate firm looking to grow and foster a buyer's agent with us. We currently do not have enough agents to work these leads.

Show up ready to lead generate, listen to your buyer's needs, and demonstrate patience as you identify the property that meets your client’s financial and personal goals.

• Lead generate 15 hours a week
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in script practice and other team activities
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients through Brivity

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. $75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
