Working from our North Kierland Boulevard office, you'll use your knowledge of the local real estate scene to assist buyers throughout the entire purchasing journey. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in the home buying process by providing expert advice and guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about each property to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with sellers and their agents to secure favorable terms for clients.
  • Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends to provide clients with up-to-date information and insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized and satisfactory home buying experience.
  • Utilize CRM systems and other technology tools to manage client information and track progress throughout the buying process.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an active real estate license in Arizona.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Buyers Agent or in a related position.
  • Demonstrated success in closing real estate deals.
  • In-depth understanding of the Scottsdale real estate market and nearby areas.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Skilled in using real estate CRM systems and other tech tools.
  • Strong focus on customer service and building long-term client connections.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Compensation

$75,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
