• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Host two open houses each month
• Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in daily/weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
• Join in team activities as per team guidelines
• Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
• Draft and negotiate offers for your buyers
• Use PLACE Technology to monitor activities and manage client information

• Consult with sellers, secure listings, and market homes effectively
• Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
• Work with buyers, secure signed agreements, and find the perfect homes
• Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers

Skills You Have:

• Over 3 years of real estate sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
