Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on property values, trends, and competitive listings.
- Prepare and present detailed property listings, including high-quality photos and accurate descriptions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for clients while adhering to legal requirements.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, providing potential buyers with comprehensive information and tours.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to foster a network of referrals and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track leads, and follow up on potential opportunities.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Florida.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of client satisfaction.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Miami real estate market and current trends.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts within the industry.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Compensation
$100,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
