Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate market in Meridian and surrounding areas.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present detailed market analyses, property evaluations, and financial reports to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License in the state of Idaho.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
  • Proven track record of successful transactions in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of local market trends and property values in the Meridian area.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel locally for property showings and client meetings.

Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
