The Austin Sizemore Team is hiring a licensed real estate professional to serve as a Dedicated Showing Assistant—a key role supporting our top-producing Sales Agents by showing homes, providing client feedback, and helping manage the home search process. This is a growth-oriented position designed for someone who’s eager to gain hands-on experience and become a future sales leader.
You’ll work directly with our lead agents, build strong client relationships, and gain mastery in the tools and systems that drive our success. If you’re people-oriented, reliable, and hungry to grow in real estate, we want to talk to you.
This is not just a showing role—it’s a launchpad. You’ll gain invaluable experience, sharpen your negotiation skills, learn how to navigate deals, and build relationships with clients. Many of our Showing Assistants go on to become full-time Sales Partners with six-figure potential.
Responsibilities
- Show homes to clients across Chattanooga and North Georgia on behalf of Sales Agents
- Communicate and build rapport with clients while representing our team brand
- Submit timely, detailed written feedback after every showing to guide next steps
- Write and negotiate offers with the support of your lead agent
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours per week to grow your own business
- Track tasks and communication using Brivity, our team’s CRM and transaction platform
- Participate in weekly script practice, team coaching, and training events
Qualifications
- Must hold an active real estate license in Tennessee and/or Georgia
- Strong interpersonal skills—personable, polished, and trustworthy
- Organized and able to manage a fluid schedule with multiple appointments daily
- Willingness to drive frequently across our local territory (mileage reimbursement available)
- Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to mastering systems and scripts
- Positive mindset, reliable follow-through, and solutions-oriented attitude
- Ability to analyze client preferences and help narrow or refine search criteria
- Tech-comfortable—experience with CRMs, task tracking, or real estate tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000 USD Yearly
