Responsibilities
- Represent luxury properties on the Eastside, providing expert guidance and personalized service to high-end clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored real estate solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings in the luxury real estate market.
- Coordinate and host property showings, open houses, and private tours, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for potential buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies for promoting luxury listings, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of service and ethics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or related field.
- Proven track record of successful high-end property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of the Eastside real estate market, including Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other digital tools.
- Licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
$99,000 - $197,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
