Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program.
- Implement the PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Organize and host two open houses every month.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Actively participate in weekly script practice sessions according to team standards.
- Engage in team activities as outlined by team standards.
- Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call.
- Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers.
- Utilize PLACE Technology to track activities and manage client information.
Qualifications
You possess a natural drive and competitive mindset as a sales professional, motivated from within. Building rapport, actively listening to others' needs, and finding solutions are your areas of expertise. Prospecting and lead generation are your strong suits, and you effortlessly overcome objections. Your communication skills are strong, and you are dedicated to providing excellent service.

Compensation
$125,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
