• Maintain team lead’s schedule
• Maintain team calendar
• Schedule trainings and prepare necessary data
• Prepare listing presentations and CMA’s
• Prepare buyer consultations, scheduling, showings
• Reconcile expenses and prepare expense reports 
• Organize and respond to team lead’s correspondence
• Open and distribute mail
• Prepare all marketing mailings 
• Data integrity of the CRM
• Database management
• Past client care calls
• Client event planning & maintaining accurate vendors and headcount
• Handle client inquiries and complaints
• Maintain supplies, office equipment and software
• Additional support tasks within licensing duties
• Engage in PLACE Operations onboarding and ongoing consulting 
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

• Must possess a current Arizona real estate license
• Capable of managing tasks from start to finish
• Works well in a team environment, demonstrating collaboration and cooperation
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated to learn and committed to both personal and professional development
• Extremely organized with excellent time management skills
• Self-motivated and highly responsive
• Skilled in using standard office software and calendar management tools
• Adaptable to changing and fast-paced environments

$20.00 - $25.00 USD Hourly
