Responsibilities

  • Leverage PLACE's commercial real estate systems and models weekly
  • Source and convert commercial leads into signed representation agreements
  • Evaluate properties, market trends, zoning, and investment returns to advise clients
  • Negotiate leases, purchases, and sales of commercial assets on behalf of clients
  • Maintain detailed activity and client data in PLACE Technology platform
  • Conduct property tours, site analyses, and due diligence
  • Participate in regular team masterminds, coaching, and accountability calls
  • Collaborate with other agents, vendors, and stakeholders to manage complex transactions
  • Attend local and regional networking events and commercial forums
  • Provide top-tier consultative service to clients and long-term investors

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona real estate license with a commercial focus
  • Minimum of 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
  • Proven track record of successful closings in office, retail, industrial, or investment sectors
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
  • Deep understanding of market research, cap rates, and valuation strategies
  • Tech-savvy and systems-oriented
  • Collaborative mindset with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Growth-minded and committed to continuous improvement

Compensation

$75,000 - $145,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
