Responsibilities
- Complete PLACE Agent Launch
- Execute PLACE's lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Comfortable conducting two open houses per month
- Converting prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments.
- Participation in weekly script practice and team activities
- Commitment to weekly coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
- Able to consult with sellers, convert them into listings, and effectively market their homes.
- Expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
- Ability to negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology for efficient and effective management.

Compensation
$165,000 - $175,000 USD Yearly
