Advance your career as an experienced Real Estate Agent by utilizing our systems, tools, and processes to help you grow your business but also buy back your time. We are seeking real estate agents that want to sell 2 or more homes per month and have experience in the business.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Appointment Setting
    1. Complete daily lead generation in order to hit your appointment goal. 
    2. Work from a completed 1-3-5 in order to dig deep on your 3 strategies for lead generation, using the team support for maximization of results. 
    3. Participate in the appropriate committee as it relates to your 1-3-5.
    4. Hold goal number of appointments each week 
    5. Set up a 15th of the month protocol for if you are behind on appointments and implement as needed.
    6. Utilize the team’s CRM and report back through the system in a timely manner on appointments and leads received from the team. 
    7. Complete a 30+ touch to at least 200 contacts in your sphere, calling/texting 4x per year. 
  2. Training & Development
    1. Complete all required onboarding training including Ignite.
    2. Take part in ongoing training opportunities including attending BOLD once and Family Reunion or Mega Camp once in your first two years.
    3. Attend at least 2 regional trainings per year with the team. 
    4. Be committed to ongoing self mastery and self development.
  3. Team Participation
    1. Take part in weekly team meetings, preferable in person and respect team rules. Contribute and learn. 
    2. Complete all team paperwork and forms as needed in order to ensure an efficient client experience. 
    3. Collaborate with provided team support for your success and leverage. 
    4. Take part in all team events. 
    5. Provide support to other team members in your strength areas. 
  4. Client Management:
    1. Handle clients with the utmost respect and professionalism. Work to be the best REALTOR available through self development and expertise.
    2. Provide recommendations for vendors proactively for your clients.
    3. Utilize the leverage and technology available to support your clients. 
    4. Be proactive in meeting their needs.

Compensation

$95,000 - $180,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
