Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
- Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers and renters, utilizing various marketing strategies and platforms.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are met.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light.
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and protecting clients' interests.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License in the state of Missouri.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Proven track record of successful property transactions.
- Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other digital tools.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation
$100,000 - $199,000 USD Yearly
