Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in the St. Louis area.
  • Prepare and present competitive market analyses to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and other marketing activities to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all dealings.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License in the state of Missouri.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of successful property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other digital tools.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation

$100,000 - $199,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
