Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
  • Prepare and present property listings by creating compelling marketing materials and utilizing various platforms to reach potential buyers and renters.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions are achieved.
  • Coordinate property showings and open houses, effectively communicating property features and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals to foster a network of referrals and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License in the state of Missouri.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of successful property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the St. Louis area.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation

$100,000 - $199,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
