Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the process of purchasing and selling properties, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
  • Perform comprehensive market analysis to remain informed about the latest real estate trends, property valuations, and neighborhood developments in the Seattle region.
  • Cultivate and sustain client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining consistent communication to fully understand their needs and preferences.
  • Create and showcase property listings by developing engaging marketing materials, organizing open houses, and leveraging online platforms to attract prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, securing advantageous terms and conditions while upholding legal and ethical standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure efficient and timely transactions.
  • Remain informed about industry regulations and best practices to guarantee compliance and provide clients with accurate and trustworthy guidance.

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. 

  • Active Washington State Real Estate License 
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related field 
  • Strong knowledge of the Seattle real estate market 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Proficient in using real estate CRM software and MLS systems 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

$250,001 - $350,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
