Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Graduate from PLACE Launch 90 day training program

Compensation
$147,000 - $263,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.

Cruz and Cruz have always had a team approach to growing the offices. Lutz, who was a professional basketball referee before joining the real estate industry, quickly aligned with the Cruzs’ because of their approach to the business which is centered around impacting others’ lives and their commitment to being the best in the industry.
