Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced agents with a minimum of year under their belt. Our search is for motivated professional with a competitive spirit to join our team as a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent. You should have a strong foundation in building rapport, listening attentively to client needs, and finding effective solutions. If prospecting and lead generation are not yet your strengths, don't worry; we'll help you develop these skills. Likewise, overcoming objections can be learned with practice and guidance from our experienced team. Your communication skills, commitment to service, and willingness to grow are essential. As a collaborative team player, you'll have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and gain confidence in real estate sales. Our supportive environment encourages a learning-based, growth-minded approach. Organizational skills and time management can always be refined, and we provide resources to help you excel. Compensation

$55,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
