You will collaborate with our lead agents to provide exceptional service to our clients. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about real estate, eager to expand their knowledge, and looking for hands-on experience in the industry. As a real estate agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and enjoyable home-buying experience. Reminder that this is a commission based business, not salary. • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

$30,000 - $50,000 USD Yearly
