Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch - We have a 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent pends or closes 3.4 transactions during this time.
- Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly -
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments - We have ongoing certifications to upskill and productivity rhythms throughout each month.
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards - Morning Power-Ups with the Team.
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call - We are always learning and bettering our skills. We treat this as a career and take it seriously.
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology - We have an amazing CRM (database) system for you to track all your calls/appointments.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Team player
- Must have a Florida Real Estate License
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
- 100% Commission Based
Compensation
$50,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
