• Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts 
• Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
• Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
• Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
• Manage database and productivity reports
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice 
• Become a real estate local expert 
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

You are a licensed real estate salesperson with excellent rapport-building communication skills. You are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team-oriented goals.
