• Engage in the PLACE New Agent Launch program to master PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts.
• Nurture and transform inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Develop and convert outbound sales opportunities into confirmed appointments.
• Assess leads to communicate motivation and financial details to real estate sales agents.
• Oversee database management and productivity reporting.
• Dedicate time to skill enhancement through education and script practice.
• Establish expertise as a local real estate authority.
• Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
• Monitor activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
