Job Summary
Become a part of the Herndon Group PLACE as an Inside Sales Agent at our dynamic Tampa office, situated at 5690 W Cypress St. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to play a key role in our business growth through lead generation, relationship building, and strategic sales development. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and has a true passion for real estate. Please Note: This is a commission-based role.
Responsibilities
- Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts
- Team player
- Real estate license preferred
Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
