Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Opportunity at tongg+partners
Become an integral part of tongg+partners as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) and contribute significantly to our client growth efforts. In this role, you will actively engage in daily prospecting and client acquisition, utilizing a diverse range of inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. Your role will cover all aspects of the prospecting process, from building relationships and scheduling appointments to managing leads within our contact management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Keep our contact management database current by receiving, sourcing, and assigning leads for follow-up, as well as entering them for ongoing tracking.
- Lead Qualification: Collect vital information on buyer and seller leads and set up appointments with qualified prospects for our Listing and Buyer teams.
- Reporting: Deliver comprehensive reports on lead follow-up, appointments, and conversion rates through CTE to the Director of Lead Generation.

- Have (or be willing to obtain) a Hawaii Real Estate License.
Qualifications
- Work a pre-planned 40 to 50 hour work week.
- Make over 100+ calls, 25+ contacts and 1 appointment set on a daily basis.
- Practice, memorize and internalize scripts at least 2 to 4 hours /week
- Make 100-150 contacts per week
- Conduct 10 to 20 hours of lead follow-up per week.
- Manage 50+ NEW leads each week and work through existing leads to convert into 5 appointments minimum buying and /or listing appointments weekly.
- Manage contact database system.
- Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
- Show up for daily/weekly coaching meetings to review KPI’s
- Track weekly goals and progress.
- Measure lead conversion ratio and meet performance benchmarks.
- Attend training and establish daily role-play partners.
- Enter daily Lead Gen conversions on CTE or Sisu
- Scheduling minimum of 20 appointments per month
- Learn and master the multiple lead generation systems.

Compensation
$50,000 - $80,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
