Responsibilities
- Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program.
- Consistently apply PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis.
- Underwrite and evaluate properties to assess their investment potential.
- Identify and pursue off-market real estate opportunities.
- Work closely with investors to pinpoint and secure lucrative real estate opportunities.
- Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
- Utilize PLACE Technology to track and manage tasks and activities.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments.
- Engage in weekly script practice in line with team standards.
- Actively participate in team activities as outlined by team guidelines.
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services.

- Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales, ideally with a focus on investors.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.

- Open to mastering scripts and dialogues.
- Demonstrates excellent time management abilities.
Compensation
$40,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
