Become an Investor-Focused Real Estate Agent with Us

We are on the lookout for a driven and experienced Real Estate Agent with a focus on investment properties to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will excel in assisting real estate investors in identifying, assessing, and acquiring lucrative properties, whether listed or off-market. Your duties will encompass generating off-market leads, participating in investor networking events, and providing expert advice to clients as they maneuver through the complexities of real estate investment. This role is perfect for a proactive agent who is enthusiastic about investment strategies and excels at fostering relationships within the real estate investment community.

• Off-Market Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting methods to identify investment properties that are not listed on the MLS, catering specifically to the needs of investor clients.
• Networking & Community Engagement: Regularly attend investor-focused networking events to build a strong network and stay informed on current trends and opportunities in the investment sector.
• Investment Property Acquisition Support: Work closely with clients to understand their investment goals and help them locate, analyze, and secure properties that align with their financial objectives.
• Market Analysis & Due Diligence: Provide up-to-date market insights and conduct thorough due diligence to help clients make informed investment decisions.

Qualifications:

• Licensed real estate agent with a focus or interest in investment real estate.
• Strong networking skills and a commitment to staying active in the investment community.
• Ability to analyze market data and identify promising investment opportunities.

$50,000 - $75,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
