• Follow all guidance on training to increase your productivity.
• Learn all real estate skills for contracts/legal.
• Make 150 calls per day.
• Learn all scripts/dialogues to provide great customer service.
• Shadow meetings/appointments with top producing agents.

Job Description:

In the first 30 days of employment, you will be making outbound calls to leads in the team database in order to establish positive habits that will carry over once you are a full time real estate agent. Calls will be scheduled during a selected time during the day and other learning activities will be worked on in the remainder of the day. 

• A positive attitude, consistent lead follow up, and an attention to details.
• Have an understanding of basic finances, and other simple math concepts.
• Minimal admin and clerical skills needed to manage files and records (support provided in this area).
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills a must.
• Phone sales/prospecting skills a plus (not required).
• Real estate industry experience a plus (not required).
• Will over Skill. We are looking for someone who is hungry to improve their live, and that of those whom they interact with. If you have “will” then we can train the “skill” to exceed in real estate sales.

$55,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
