Responsibilities

  • Positive Attitude & Energy: Bring enthusiasm and a client-focused mindset.
  • Availability: Stay responsive to clients and agents via phone, email, and text.
  • Product Knowledge: Mastery of mortgage products and processes is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in the field with an established client base is required.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and sales teams to drive business growth and close deals.
  • High-Achiever Mindset: This is a results-driven, activity-based sales role—your success is our priority!

Responsibilities

• Advise and guide borrowers throughout the loan process, from application to closing.

• Originate and evaluate various mortgage loans, including FHA and VA loans.

• Maintain relationships with clients by providing excellent communication and customer service.

• Grow your book of business by engaging with the Byrne Real Estate Group team and leveraging our systems.

• Meet loan production goals and expand business growth activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination or a related field.
  • NMLS license required.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing loans.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial information and assess borrower qualifications.
  • Proficient in mortgage loan software and other relevant technology.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
