Job Description

We are seeking passionate Referral Agents eager to remain engaged in the real estate industry without the typical daily grind. Your primary duties will involve integrating your contacts into our marketing platform and passing along any leads to our team. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to join client events, fostering and nurturing relationships with former clients and your network. If you are personable, hold a valid real estate license, and are enrolled in the eXp Referral Program, this position provides an opportunity to earn income while enjoying career flexibility.

• Input your database into our marketing system
• Add and update your contacts in the database to grow your referral opportunities
• Refer all future inquiries to the team
• Attend client events, if desired, to maintain a great relationship to past clients and your sphere
• Join the eXp Referral Program
• Maintain an active real estate license (Association membership not required)

• ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED

$80,000 - $125,000 USD Yearly
