Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing occupancy rates, and delivering an unparalleled client experience. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for real estate and property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Oversight: Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, leasing, and compliance with local regulations.

• Tenant & Owner Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.

• Leasing & Marketing: Optimize occupancy rates by developing and implementing effective leasing strategies, coordinating property showings, and negotiating lease agreements.

• Legal & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local property management laws and fair housing regulations.

• Technology Utilization: Leverage property management software to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and track key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 0+ years of property management experience

• Licensing: California Real Estate License - Required

• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Proficiency in property management software, AppFolio, is a plus.

• Mindset: Growth-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence in property management and customer service.

$75,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
