In this role, you will work closely with clients, assisting them in the intricate processes of buying, selling, and investing in properties. Your expertise will be vital in leading clients through each phase of their real estate journey, ensuring a smooth and successful experience. • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly  
• Conduct four open houses monthly 
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

• You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit

$75,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
