Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique real estate needs and guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to effectively market and promote properties, ensuring maximum exposure and attracting qualified buyers or tenants.
- Conduct thorough property evaluations and market research to provide accurate pricing and market analysis for clients.
- Collaborate and network with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to expand your reach and enhance your real estate knowledge.
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
- Ability to cooperate with others
- Team player at heart
- Licensed real estate professional
- 1-3+ years’ of real estate sales experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized and prepared.
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service is desirable, but not required!
Compensation
$45,000 - $120,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
