• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers and sellers
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct at least two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Improve your skills by participating 30 minute role play and 1 hour workshops per team standards.
• Participate in team activities such as client events and educational seminars per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and even better listener. You are committed to service.

$80,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly
