Responsibilities
- Complete our proprietary PLACE Agent Launch program
- Implement our lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and help them find their ideal homes
- Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties
- Keep track of tasks and activities using our incredible PLACE Technology
- Host four open houses each month
- Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments (yay!)
- Join in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Engage in team activities according to team standards
- Dedicate time for weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and weekly Partner Calls
- Showcase your expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
- You have a natural drive for problem-solving and a competitive edge.
- You excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions.
- Prospecting and generating leads is exciting for you (even if you're not sure how to do it!).
- You are a great communicator and are dedicated to providing excellent service.
- You love owning your business, but also like the idea of being a part of a dynamic, supportive team.
- Licensed real estate agent
- You have strong skills in both written and verbal communication
- Eager to learn and focused on growth
- Well-organized and use a calendar to manage your time
- You are open to learning scripts and dialogues to have better conversations with clients
Compensation
$90,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
