• Complete our proprietary PLACE Agent Launch program
• Implement our lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Guide buyers through the process, secure signed agreements, and help them find their ideal homes
• Skillfully negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties
• Keep track of tasks and activities using our incredible PLACE Technology
• Host four open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments (yay!)
• Join in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Engage in team activities according to team standards
• Dedicate time for weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and weekly Partner Calls
• Showcase your expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

$90,000 - $110,000 USD Yearly
