Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values in the Kirkland area.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for clients.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in the state of Washington.
Compensation
$120,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
