Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Launch
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology, adhering to Brivity best practices
- Execute PLACE lead generation weekly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Participate in team activities weekly including script practice per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, PLACE Training, Brivity Training, and PLACE Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Qualifications
Licensed real estate professional with 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience.
Intrinsically motivated sales professional and team player with a competitive spirit and a learning based, growth-mindset.
Mindful of time management
Excellent at building rapport
Mindful listener
Problem solver
Organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation
$100,000 - $160,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
