• MUST BE LICENSED OR HAVE PASSED REAL ESTATE EXAM

• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Use PLACE lead generation systems every week
• Guide buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find homes
• Negotiate deals for both sellers and buyers
• Keep track of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
• Join weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
• Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their homes
• Show expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services

• MUST BE LICENSED OR HAVE PASSED REAL ESTATE EXAM
• Driven and competitive sales enthusiast
• Great at building relationships, understanding client needs, and finding solutions
• Experienced in prospecting and generating leads
• Confident in handling objections smoothly
• Excellent communicator with a focus on customer service
• Team-oriented and cooperative
• At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow continuously
• Highly organized
• Open to learning and using scripts and dialogues
• Excellent at managing time effectively

$75,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
